A tile belongs to whoever holds the fastest replay on it. Beat that time and it moves — so a board is never finished being fought over, only finished being filled. This board is 4 bingo cards of 5×5, split by the faint lines: a full row, column or diagonal inside one of them is a bingo and is worth 5 on top. A whole row of the big board is two of them. The centre of each card sits on four lines at once, which makes those four tiles the most contested squares on the board.
A tile is captured by putting a replay on TMX for that map and then pressing ✓ Check on it, which reads the replay time straight from the API. You can also just wait: when you put the first replay on a map, the sync that credits it takes the tile for you within about a quarter of an hour - and that includes finishes from before you entered, as long as they were driven after the board started. A faster replay that takes a tile off somebody still needs the button. Replays that predate the board do not count. Every map on this board had never been finished by anyone when it was drawn, so capturing a tile first is also a real project finish. Whoever puts the first replay on one of them is entered automatically and gets the tile on the next sync - no button, no sign-in; they appear under their TMX name.
